    Unanswered: DB2 Error

I have installed a new application that use db2 udb.
During the installation i see into the log this message :
    CLI0115E Invalid cursor state

My support suggest me to check the version about "db2 client side" and db2 server side".
How can i do this operation ?
I thought that it was possible to have only one version of db2 installed on a server.

    Help me please !!!!

db2level executed in a command window will do
about the error : check if the cursor is open before doing a fetch
according the doc : use SQLFetch or SQLExtendedFetch and repeat the operation
is it static/dynamic sql - and which language (java-basic ??)
