    What makes you think anyone could come with suggestion for such a brief report ? We would at least need the whole report and even so not so sure..

    Define 'SLOW'. (i.e. slow, compared to what? Is it slower than an identically set up database? Is it slower than it was yesterday? Is it slower than you would like it to be?).
    90% of users' problems can be resolved by punching them - the other 10% by switching off their PCs.
