    Question Unanswered: Paradox and Vista

We have an old program, written in Delphi and using Paradox, that works quite well. Lately new users using Windows Vista can't get the programme to run as it cannot find PDOXUSRS.NET or some path in this is wrong. What is this file and how do we assist users in editing it or modify the program to not needing it?

    Any assistance will be welcomed

Have you tried running the program with administrative rights? Just right click on the icon and select "run as admin" or similar command...

PDOXUSRS.NET is a required file in paradox apps, and there's NO WAY you can modify the app not to use it, but this kind of difficulties only mean that the user which runs the application doesn't have full modification rights to the folder in which PDOXUSRS.NET resides...
The only failure is not trying to do it.

    Thanks
I found that changing the NETDIR in the PARADOX Driver in BDE Administrator solves the problem.
    Cheers
