Unanswered: merge two tables to send an e-mail from access

    Hello,
how to merge two tables in order to send an e-mail from access based on the data from these tables.
One Table has an email , Acct Names, orderid and the other table has style# and orderid.
(note there are might be multy orderid's in the other table due to multiple style# per order.)
I also have a text for e-mail (same for every email), so i need to be able to send that e-mail using AcctName, Email address, orderid and all styles attached.

How to do it in access.

    Thank you so much.

    In queries Click New

    Click desgin view

Select the Tables you want to add
If the tables don't join then selfs
just click on a field and drop it in the other feild you want it to join to
( the feilds must be the same type not text <X> number )

Then double click the Feilds you want to see
run it does it look right

    Don't forget

[table] => [query] => [query] => [query] => [What you want to see]

    this can slow you down

Then Once you are seeing the data you want

Know the Codeing side come in ( the fun stuff)

    Sub Send_Then
    Dim db As Database
    Dim rs As Recordset
    Set db = CurrentDb
    Set rs = db.OpenRecordset("Finish it")

    Do Until rs.EOF

    DoCmd.SendObject , , , rs.feild("emial"), "", "","Weekly updates", rs.feild("DatatoSend"), False
    rs.MoveNext
    Loop
    rs.Close
    End Sub
