    This position does not call for a strong technical background. It does call for experience with MS Visio, web browsers, using the Internet, some experience with/knowledge of the Microsoft Office product suite (Word, Excel, etc.), and experience reading and comprehending extended use case documents. Travel industry or related experience is highly desirable.

    Position overview
    We’re looking for an entry level professional (1-3 years related experience) to assist the Manager of e-Business Development in the design, development, testing and implementation of front-end user interfaces, and back-end functionality for the corporate websites as they relate to a specific business sector.

    • Work with the Marketing Group to improve/enhance their applications and any related applications
    • Work with the Web Support Desk and Customer Relations to troubleshoot any problems reported by internal users
    • Work with the QA Analyst on new projects, and the competitive analysis project within the e-Business group
    • Work with the Coordinator, e-Business group on all 3rd party link requests to various corporate branded websites, and creating co-branded pages
    • Create, review, analyze and publish a monthly link activity report to internal groups
    • Additional duties as assigned

    • 4-year degree
    • Excellent verbal, oral, and interpersonal skills
    • U.S. citizen, EAD or green card
    • Must live within a reasonable commute distance to Mahwah
    • Knowledge of MS Visio. Travel related web experience is a plus
    • Good understanding of the web and website usability
    • Familiar with reading and/or writing extended use case document
