Unanswered: Pivot Table Change data type

I have a pivot table where the data is presented as a Count, I want to also it as a Percentage.

How do I create a button, which allows me to interchange between Count and Percentage?

    Many thanks

You could have both. Add the dame item to the data area of the Pivot, and right click and choose "Field Settings" and on the right side Click on Options, the drop down under "Show data as..." and select the drop down that is appropriate for your needs. It may take a little fiddling, but it will work.

    but at least I'm inconsistent!

Are you wanting a Pivot drop down? Or are you wanting VBA code attached to changing the Pivot?

Not really fussed on how it is done. ..

Even a macro button that does the changing of the format would be great...

    dont know where to start
