You may want to create a form or report based on the query rather than opening the query depending on what you are trying to accomplish.

    HI,

I cannot create a report or a form, because the fields will change based on the user input at the very beginning.

I'm a little confused on the question. If you mean swapping the row/header column names, you can consider doing a crosstab query.
