    Unanswered: Sybase to Oracle CheatSheet

    Hello Folks,

    Does anyone have some kind of cheatsheet for a Sybase DBA whos trying to get into Oracle.

    What Im looking at is concepts and terminologies used in Sybase which matches Oracle.

    max memory=SGA
    how to find blocking processes etc

    In Oracle readers do NOT block writers & writers do NOT block readers.

    I just meant the above as an example But will check out your site Del Mar huh? Hope everythings alright with the recent fires.

    Ocean Beach (near downtown san diego) is a lot better though
