Unanswered: Duplicate Data in a query

Okay I need some help with a query that I'm thinking needs to be a report. I have manager who has this query. Basically he has these fields:

    Package Type
    Pack Code
    Weight
    Cubic
    Part Number
    Supplier Code

The query works great shows him all the data he needs however he has requested that multiple part numbers be removed if they are under the same supplier code.

    Basically right now he has:

    Package Code: 123
    Package Type 456
    Part # ABC
    Supplier Code: FMC

    and

    Package Code: 234
    Package Type 576
    Part # ABC
    Supplier Code: FMC

Now since this part is duplicate under the same supplier code he wants it removed.

What can I do to get this. My thoughts are go with a report.

Just hide the part number so you don't see it repeated? I agree with your report idea, using the Hide Duplicates property.

And make the query properties to show unique records only.
