    Cool Unanswered: Passing wide char data to ct_command

    hi all,
    can anyone provide me any help on how i can pass wide char (2 byte unicode) data to ct_command(). Provide sample code if possible

    suppose i want to send the following query

    select * from mydata where name = ''∫√∑∏∆Φμ'

    I see noone is answering your questions. All I can say it is a lost art in a way and its better you start reading up the manuls OR try to understand logic from the existing code if you have one. Sorry, wish I could help more.

    passing wide char strings to ct_command()

    hi trvishi,
    thnx 4 the reply. i do have the code which works for non unicode data. i just want to know if there is some way in which a wide char (2 byte) unicode string can be passed to the ct_command() method. Specially for create statements.
    the select queries work fine. the data (unicode or non unicode) is returned properly in 2 bytes. the actual problem is with sending 2 byte data to the server through the ct_command() method
