HERE’S WHAT WE NEED…

A Help Desk Technician whose responsibilities will include set-up and implementation of administrative computing environments. The focus will be on Graphical User Interface (GUI) and the Banner system.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s Degree with coursework related to information systems or equivalent combination of education, training and experience is necessary.
1-2 years of professional experience analyzing and implementing administrative computing environments including networks, PC’s, Microsoft Office and general hardware and software is necessary.

Working Knowledge of environments like Oracle developments and Web developments is desirable.
