    Unanswered: Developing a catalog database

    Hi everyone-

I am currently working on a database to store our firm's catalog and vendor information. I have been able to get the data entry portion to work but I am at a lost on how to get the search component to work. I am attaching the database in question. Thus far, I have created the search form but I do know how to take it to the next level. What I would like to do is select on one of the radio buttons and have it display a list of available entries in the tables that correspond to the title on the radio buttons. Next, I want to select a item from this list and have it display all of the recorded information stores in database in the provided panel. Thanks in advance.

You do this with code. Here is your sample returned with possibly what you want. The small bit of code within the Search Form is well documented so that you can see what does what and why.

Hope this provides a start for you.
