Unanswered: Aligning text in reports - JUSTIFIED impossible?

I'm using Access reports to create personalized letters (created via mail-merge methods and textboxes in reports).

Those letters contain large portions of immutable text that I naturally want to align in justified manner (instead of having only left, right, center and distribute as options).

If I'm not missing something that seems to be impossible in Access reports!

So, is there a way to do it or do I have to put in extra effort and use Word instead?

    Thanks!

Lucky, I hate justified text, so I never bothered figuring out what the easiest way was to overcome the lack of a "justified" option for text box alignments.... but you're right in that Access doesn't support it.

I hate non-justified text, apart from centered text (in titles and so on), every other option looks like careless and retarded attempt to compose a letter (there's a reason why just about every text in a book is justified)!

Anyway very bad mark on Access report design department!

    a debate!

i hate justified text (except in books, newspapers, magazines).

however misguided i think you are, the real answer is that in Access you can do just about anything you can imagine. check out Stephen Lebans' site.

Thanks izyrider, valuable pointer in the right direction!

I guess my words have been taken too harshly but what can you do? Those are limitations of non-spoken communication (like forums, mails, SMS and so on) you can't assess the tone of the message (cynical, angry, funny etc.)

I didn't thoroughly check out if this site had some code to justify text but you may want to check: http://www.peterssoftware.com/

If anything, you may find some other useful tools.
