    Unanswered: DateTime Time field

I need to create a report that displays all information from one date to another date and from say 6:00 p.m. to midnight on those specific dates. I have tried a couple different formulas and using the DateRange and TimeValue fields with no luck. The DateRange gets all information and uses the 6:00 pm to midnight as the starting and ending point. Can I create a report that has the information from say December 14, 15, and 16 and just the hours of 6:00 pm to midnight on each day?

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

What happens if you group the field in question? You can chose an interval there of hours to split it into 24 pieces...

Then suppress any values you do not wish to see.

Sounds like a Cross-Tab is where you want to be heading.

Let me know how you get on!

Thanks. I think that is what I want, but I'm new to Crystal Reports so can you explain Cross-Tab a little and how to use it. Or how to supress the infromation I don't want.

I tried some formulas, but they didn't get me the information I needed.
