Unanswered: SQL1042C An unexpected system error occurred. SQLSTATE=58004

I am trying to do restore redirect from the prod db to test db. The db size is 187 G and I came upto restore continue. After that, when I gave the rollforward command to end of logs with overflow log path I got this error.

SQL1042C An unexpected system error occurred. SQLSTATE=58004

I went and checked in db2diag.log and found the EACCES (OSERR 13) for file access permissions for the files in the backup. I checked those files in my prod db and found the same permissions existing in test db also. Inspite of this OSERR, all the containers are created in my test db (372). But still I am not able to do Rollforward not even to a time point and getting the same system error.
I appreciate any immediate help to resolve this error and make my RF successful.
    Thanks
    Bala
