Unanswered: How to do this I need help

I have two forms both pulling from the same query and you can add a new record in lets say form A and form B has the all the same fields as A but with more rite . So if i add a new record in A i can only see that new record in B if i close B and open it, is there another way that i can see the new record i created in form A in B with out reopening form B? How to refresh/update form A atuomatically is that possible

If that doesn't work, refresh Form A before you refresh form B (you can refresh the form which has the focus by issuing a Refresh command by itelf.) Perhaps do a Refresh command in Form A in the AfterUpdate event and then do the Forms!FormB.Refresh (or requery).
