    Unanswered: Can I use a vba function in OutputTo action of a macro

    I want to use a vba function to set the OutputFileName of a OutputTo actions Output File property is that possible?

    Yes.

    The syntax for the command would be

    DoCmd.OutputTo ObjectType, ObjectName, OutputFormat, "Name of Output File", AutoStart, TemplateFile
    Owner and Manager of
    CypherBYTE, Microsoft Access Development Specialists.
    Microsoft Access MCP.
