We have a view defined on three tables. The few includes columns from all 3 tables.
What we want is to export data from this view to a flat file.

    Use UTL_FILE
You would probably be best creating an associative array of the same structure as the view, using BULK COLLECT INTO to load the rows in the view into the Associative Array and then loop through the Associative Array, using UTL_FILE to output to the flat file. Note that the flat file has to be on the server (i.e. it cannot be a file on a client machine)
