    Unanswered: Omit record if checked?

I hope I can explain what it is I want, without confusing anyone..

I have a form which after info is entered, is passed to a report for printing.

On the form is a list of missing documents (for clients chart). There is also a place for yes/no if the document has been finished.
If it has, then a checkmark is placed in the yes/no field, and the form processed as normal.

    DATE Document SHIFT COMPLETED
Mar 1 Progress note 3-11 checked
Mar 3 Shift Change 7-3 unchecked

What I would like to do, instead of the record with a checkmark being reprinted, that it could be omitted from the next print. And not be visible when the form is reopened either. (but not deleted)

The more I think about it, the more I'm thinking it is a query.

I'm going to fiddle around with that,.,,,

    Thanks

Well that wasn't hard.... It was a query.

Will try harder before posting in the future.
