Unanswered: Load Data containing double quotation marks

we have a file containing data like this:

    .....;"0234z98243";"Hints no 10/"sample text";294379874;........

as we try to load this into db2 we have the problem that the load always cuts off the data after 10/.

we tried every load option we could imagine and read through various docs, but didn't find the right combination.

is there anybody who could help us out of this????

    Thanks for any idea/advise.

    "Hints no 10/"sample text"
the first and last occurence is no problem but the quotation marks in the middle cause the problem
if needed they have to be doubled "" if just as separator : they are of no use
one field can only be delimited by start and end quotation mark
data needs to be cleaned before load..

    Hi Guy,

yes, thats what we found out too. But, i was hoping for an idea, which allows to load the data with the containing quotation marks. We have to move about 1 TB of data and the time schedule for this doesn't have enough buffer for an additional parsing.

So, still hopig for an idea or solution how to do that.
