    Unanswered: Printing Labels

I'm using Crystal Reports 8.0 and I have created a report to print labels. The label paper consists of 3 columns and 10 rows. The labels have a preprinted logo on it.

The problem I'm encountering is trying to start printing from a specific row and column. Lets say that I have all ready used the first 6 rows and the first label from row 7, column 1 so that I want to start printing form row 7, column 2 the next time I print. Is there some sort of setting I can turn on to choose the row and column to start printing from?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Add a Running total to the report that counts the incremental number of the label. Add a parameter that will select the label stating number.

So if you want to start at label 7 enter 7 and hide 1 to 6.

Thanks for the advice. I see where you are going with this.

I was able to create the running total like you mentioned but I'm a little confused about adding a parameter that will select the label starting number. I have added a parameter but then would I use it in the selection formula? If that is the case how can you select the running total as part of the selection formula?

    Thanks again for the advice.
