    Unanswered: Look Up

Is it possible to look up items in a memo field? I.E. if I typed in a record: this little piggy went to market, this little piggy stayed home, this little piggy had roast beef, etc.....

Can I search specifically for the words roast beef, without having to type the entire phrase?

Yes, if you mean looking within the table, use the binoculars(find), set the match field to "any part of field", type in what you want, and there you go

You rock! I can't believe I wasn't thinking about it being so simple - stupid me tries to make everything harder than it has to be. Thanks again!

There are limits on memo fields. You cannot sort by a memo field and you cannot index a memo field. But yes, you can search on it, including using the Like operator
