    Unanswered: Form Border Control

    - I need form with a border and no objects on it.

    - I have a form that I shut off all buttons, min, max etc. My problem is in the top left corner of the form it states the form name, I just want a box. Shutting control box off eliminates all the box - I still want something around my form.

    Thanks in advance

    BorderStyle

Hi Peter, would the form BorderStyle=none do what you want? That removes the border, then you can use the form design rectangle and line tools to draw a simulated border, box, or whatever you want. If you want a draggable title bar, try BorderStyle=Dialog with everything else turned off. (I may have the combinations mixed up, but definitely try BorderStyle if you haven't.)

I like the idea of dropping the border completely and making my own. I will give it a try, thanks.

Peter - take a look at the Forms Manipulation example in the code bank. It'll do what you want plus give you a lot of other ideas.
