dboptions is in the status bits of master.dbo.sysdatabases
    Code:
    select db_name(dbid) dbname, bitdesc = m.description
    from
(select type, min(number) number, min(msgnum) msgnum
     from master.dbo.spt_values
     where type like "D%"
       and number>0
     group by type,number
    ) v,
         master.dbo.sysdatabases d,
         master.dbo.sysmessages m
    where
      (case v.type
      when 'D' then status
      when 'D2' then status2
      when 'D3' then status3
      when 'D4' then status4
      end) & v.number = v.number
    -- and d.dbid = db_id('tempdb')
      and v.msgnum = m.error
    order by d.dbid,v.msgnum
