    Hmmm... The message says your buffer for the deadlock event monitor is too small and that's why truncation occurred. The actions to take are described already in the message:
    Redefine the event monitor, increasing the BUFFERSIZE by 16 pages.
    Increase DIAGLEVEL to 4 to see the truncated Locks in this log.
    Or do you have some other question?
