    Who knows, you provide no information to be be able to analyze the problem.

    Maybe you did not say the 'magic' word?

    Check whether there are invalid objects, using
    select owner, object_name
    from dba_objects
    where status = 'INVALID';
    If there are, try to recompile them. If you use TOAD (for example, or any similar GUI), you can do it easily by pushing a button. Otherwise, try with utlrp.sql which should recompile all objects. You should be able to find it in \rdbms\admin directory.

    Once it is finished, try to perform export again.
