    Unanswered: Load from Unix

    Hi

When I select a file from windows for load it works fine.but when i specify unix path:I get the error

LOAD CLIENT FROM '/x/y/z/testcode/emp.del' OF DEL MODIFIED BY PAGEFREESPACE=1 NOHEADER USEDEFAULTS INSERT INTO IDM_DEV.EMPT NONRECOVERABLE
SQL3109N The utility is beginning to load data from file
    "/x/y/z/testcode/emp.del".

SQL2036N The path for the file or device
    "/x/y/z/testcode/emp.del" is not valid.

SQL3107W There is at least one warning message in the message file.
how shld i specify file path
    Thanks

What does "ls -l /etrade/sit/crm/batch/inthome/testcode/emp.del" show you?

I was able to fix the above error. i.e.Load works fine but i want to invoke it procedure

When I use the following statement:
Call sysproc.Admin_cmd('LOAD CLIENT FROM "/x/r/xx.batch/ty/hh/emp.del" OF DEL MODIFIED BY PAGEFREESPACE=1 NOHEADER USEDEFAULTS INSERT INTO ee_DEV.EMPT NONRECOVERABLE')

    Error that I get
SQL0104N An unexpected token "CLIENT" was found following "LOAD". Expected
    tokens may include: "FROM". SQLSTATE=42601

    Statement processed with ERROR.
If I remove client from Load syntax,it says

1 row select but with warning message...
But records are not loaded into the table

    Thanks

Knowing that the stored procedure runs on the server, the CLIENT option doesn't make much sense, now does it?
