Unanswered: Shortcut Icon for Access Runtime

I have created several small Access db that I distribute in accress Runtime.
This is by the way in Access 2007. when I go to place an icon in the shortcut all my examples of icons that are in bitmat format are not accessable. Only the Ico ones which are very few appear. What can I do, or where can I get icons in the ico format that can be used?

You will not be able to select it unless it is .ico format.

If you want to design your own icons you will need to get the software that will let you design and save in .ico format. You should be able to get this free off the web. Alternatively there loads of free already designed icons available.
