    Talking Unanswered: Oracle installation error

    Hi guys while installing oracle on linux redhat 5 i got this error... even though i have changed the version from 5 to redhat-4 in release file.

    it just got stuck here

    All installer requirements met.

    stuck here.... what's wrong i have downloaded oracle setup as well as linux from oracle site....

    On the surface it appears you are missing 1 or more Share Libraries. contains the complete Oracle Documentation set;
    including the Linux Installation Guide.
    I can assure you that if/when you actually read & FOLLOW it completely & correctly; Oracle will be successfully installed.

    Oracle & OUI are not your typical Point & Click s/w installs.
    They require you to actually to RTFM & follow instructions.
