Unanswered: Is it possible to changeFederated Server Password

    hi,

in db2 we are creating the federated object

CREATE SERVER SAMPLESRV TYPE DB2/UDB VERSION 8.1 WRAPPER SAMPLLD AUTHORIZATION "ID_NAME" PASSWORD "PASSWORD" OPTIONS ( DBNAME 'SAMPLE')"

By using ALTER SERVER is it possible to change the password for the ID_NAME which we mentioned while create the federated object?

    regards

You use the ALTER USER MAPPINGS to change the password.

Have a look at the ALTER SERVER statement. (ALTER USER MAPPING only changes things for a user mapping object created via CREATE USER MAPPING.)
