Question Unanswered: Porcedure SQL Server to Oracle

    Hi,

Please, I need translate a SQL server procedure to Oracle. Here the procedure:

    SELECT syscolumns.name,syscolumns.xtype,syscolumns.prec,s yscolumns.isoutparam
    FROM sysobjects, syscolumns
    WHERE sysobjects.id = syscolumns.id AND ltrim(rtrim(upper(sysobjects.name)))=ltrim(rtrim(u pper(@strProcedure)))

This query gives the PROCEDURE PARAMETER, TYPE NAME, ...for the given procedure.

But, how I can this in Oracle?

    Thanks in advance.

In SQL*Plus all you need to do is describe the procedure:

    desc MyProcedure
The person who says it can't be done should not interrupt the person doing it. -- Chinese proverb
