Unanswered: How do I use db2 load command

I need to import data from a csv file but with the following constraints.

I need to skip the first row which has column names
All the column values are enclosed within double quotes (" value ")

So how can I use db2 load command to import data from it.

    I am using DB2 7.2 UDB on AIX 5.0

Please help me. I need to get this import working quickly.

you could do this with import and specify record 2 as starting record
the difference is the load time
if load needs to be used try head/tail commands and try to eliminate the first record or try the load and hope that the first record gets in the exception tables that you define
