    Unanswered: Determine the type of database - Oracle

    We have already existing database and I need to check what type of database OLAT/OLTP.Please let me know how to check it.

    You can use dbca as if you want to create a new database; then when you select the "Manage Templates" then "Create database from an existing template" option & click next, your present database type will be the default selection.

    I want to check existed database whether it is OLAP/OLTP?
