    Unanswered: ORA-22922: nonexistent LOB value.

    Hi,

    I have a problem to recover rowtype row which has a field CLOB.

    I retrieve it when the stored procedure retrieves a field type CLOB.

    Any idea?

    thanks in advance.

    Code:
    22922, 00000, "nonexistent LOB value"
    // *Cause: The LOB value associated with the input locator does not exist.
    // The information in the locator does not refer to an existing LOB.
    // *Action: Repopulate the locator by issuing a select statement and retry
    //           the operation.

    My problem occurs from Forms, to return a full row of the table from a stored procedure.

    Thanks again.

    Example:

    --------------
    Procedure
    --------------
    create or replace procedure pro_return_row (campo IN OUT historicoemail_data%ROWTYPE) is

    vr_hida historicoemail_data%ROWTYPE;

    var1 clob := ' ';
    var2 clob := 'Example1.';
    var3 clob := 'Example2.';

    begin

    vr_hida.idhistoricoemail := 4928908;

    dbms_lob.append(var1,var2);

    dbms_lob.append(var1,var3);

    vr_hida.cuerpo := var1;

    campo := vr_hida;

    end pro_return_row;

    Juan.
