    Unanswered: sql command

    Dim sql As String = "select * from tblContentMaster where MenuItemIDRef = 5"
             dr = SqlHelper.ExecuteReader(connectionString, CommandType.Text, sql)

    Hi there...can anybody help me to convert these line of code to MySQL. I am having troubling in the last line... Thanks in advance

    what error message are you getting
    have you checked to make sure that MenuItemIDRef is numeric
    have your tries the SQL in say MySQL query browser to make sure the SQL is valid
    if all those pan pout then its something to do with the way your are calling the SQL which is down to the application language which looks like one of the .NET languages.. so y'd be best off asking the question there
