Question Unanswered: you don't have permission to import, export or link to MSysACEs

Does anyone know what is the following error about?

"you don't have permission to import, export or link to MSysACEs"

Does it have something to do with "User and Group Permissions" under security settings and having the current owner to be admin?

Isn't MSysACEs a system table? If so the question is more along the lines of: why are you trying to import, export or link to a system table?

    Yes, it's a system's table.

I'm not exporting or importing to this system's table, i was importing a report to reports and this message shows up.

i'd normally create reports and then import in the other database.

Corruption. Try Compact and Repair. If it still doesn't work then open new database file and import all objects into that database.
