Unanswered: Debugging a stored procedure in SQL server 2005

    Hi,
I would like to know how to debug a stored procedure in SQL server 2005.
I am using "SQL Server management Studio" as IDE. I heard that on right click of the procedure I can see "debug" menu on a pop up window but I did not see any. What should I do to see the debug menu. Please help.

    Thanks in advance,

    Parangiri

Management Studio does not include a TSQL debugger.
Visual Studio 2005 does include a TSQL debugger.
If it's not practically useful, then it's practically useless.

I just use PRINT statements and variables most of the time.
“If one brings so much courage to this world the world has to kill them or break them, so of course it kills them. The world breaks every one and afterward many are strong at the broken places. But those that will not break it kills. It kills the very good and the very gentle and the very brave impartially. If you are none of these you can be sure it will kill you too but there will be no special hurry.” Earnest Hemingway, A Farewell To Arms.

darn...I knew I should have kept my mouth shut...Now they'll stop introducing bugs...or may be...wait, I said that way back in '94, when still in 6.5 beta, and it seems that the number of bugs only grew, and rapidly mind yah
