Unanswered: CreateReportControl with 2 record source

Is it possible to have two 2 record sources for createReportControl ?
I have 2 tables(detail and summary). I want to use createReportControl for detail table first and createReportControl for the summary table next.
I don't want to create two different reports.

Hmm, would basing your report control on a query that gets the relevant data from your detail and summary forms help?

Minor correction, but it was my first thought too.

    Otherwise the answer is no.

Not fully understanding this question but you could use a subreport within the main report to hold the totals (only 1 report which shows and prints but technically 2 reports), or you could use the report footer and put in the sourceobject for the controls: =sum(Reports!MyReport!MyFieldToSumAbove)
