    Does anyone have idea on

    Sure. Inshort, - don't do it. More specifically - there are more appropriate tools for this (don't need to invent a byke, right?), like DTS/SSIS/TSQL. Either one of those can be invoked using Delphi if you do want to use it.

    but i don't want to use any components of Delphi....i want to implement it through code itself

    The most reliable way is to backup the db from the Source server and restore onto the destination server. Although as rdjabarov said - DTS is a good option as there is a specific Copy Database
