    Unanswered: reading sql stored procs with parameters

    Hi--

    I've been searching the web and I am looking for a method of using Excel 2003 to launch a parameterized stored procedure in sql server 2000/2005 and then fill the spreadsheet begoinning on row 8. This should be possible, but I see a lot of stuff that isn't making sense. I have a medium facility with VBA.

    Thanks in advance--

    Jim

    HEre is an example of a stored proc that requires 3 values and to which I am submitting 3 VBA variables that are fed by values in cells

    .CommandText = Array("exec property_PricingSummary_SP1 '" & varLocation & "','" & varBegDate & "','" & varEndDate & "'")
    A piece of data is like a brick
    If you don't build anything with it
    It is just a brick
