Unanswered: Querying an item from a listbox

I'm using Access 2002 and what I am trying to do is grab an item number from a listbox and using that "selected" number to query. I've looked all over but could not find an exact answer. Most of the posts deal with multi-selections. If I could only find out what criteria I can use in order to query, that would solve everything. Now, before using a criteria, I'm sure I have to declare something, right?

    Thanks in advance.

Assuming a form called frmMyForm is open and has a listbox called lstEmployee and the contents of the bound column for the listbox are numeric, you can use

To refer to it in any query.
