Unanswered: Prompt to save form changes stopped working

For some reason I can't figure out, I am no longer prompted to save changes when closing a form or report. I am using Access 2007. I can't find any setting that controls this and everywhere I look, it seems that Access is always supposed to ask to confirm changes to forms and reports before closing them is complete. All changes are now automatically saved with no option to discard them.
    Thanks.

You've run a macro or code that has set SetWarnings to False. Create a macro to change it to True.
