Lightbulb Unanswered: Failed to archive log to TSM -- v8.2

I was trying to turn logretain ON to archive logs to TSM for the first time. After updating db cfg parameters, recycled instance and inserted test data, got the following messages. I do not think it is TSM storage issue as I was able to perform full db backup using TSM successfully.

Is there anything I missed? Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

TSM return code 11 is DSM_RS_ABORT_NO_STO_SPACE_SKIP, meaning that either there is no storage available in the storage class there is or some problem with permissions or policies.
"It does not work" is not a valid problem statement.

Once the Archive copy group definition for the management class is created on the TSM server, I was able to archive the log files successfully to TSM.
