    Unanswered: Sorting Case Sensitive

    Hi,
I am using a Java Program and JDBC to connect to Oracle. I wish to make my queries sorts case sensitive. Can I set this property at an Oracle level?
Or must I do it for every SQL query?
    Regards

an order by will always sort case sensitive unless you use upper or lower to force the column to a set case.

You do not need a parachute to skydive. You only need a parachute to skydive twice.
