Cool Unanswered: Report Structure Help - Access 2003

I have a report structured using a query as the control source.
The Header Section shows customer name and address, Total Usage, Total Allowed, and other numbers
The Detail Section shows products associated with the customer (i.e., many-to-one)
    That part works well.

I need to include another section(??) that shows Audit Dates for the customer (i.e., many-to-one)

I tried including it in the Summary Section but when there is more than one Audit Date, all the numbers in the Summary Section are doubled, tripled, etc.

I tried including it in the Detail Section but then the Audit Dates repeat for every Product.

I tried inserting a section between the Summary and Detail but that results in the same as if I put it in the Summary Section (i.e., all numbers are doubled, tripled, etc.)

Following is an example of how the report layout “should” look:

    HEADER SECTION
    CustomerNumber
    CustomerName
    CustomerAddress
    ContractNumber

    SUMMARY SECTION
    TotalAllowed
    TotalUsage
    ShippedToDate

    DETAIL SECTION
    Product Number
    Model

In effect the report data should look like:
    123456
    ABC Corporation
    Anywhere, ST 66666-6666
    QQ1942

    6,000,000
    1,500,000
    59

    456789 QB2300
    456789 QB2300
    654321 ZZ8800
    982528 DO1420

Appreciate any help you can provide.

if ou set a report group header & footer
in the group header you put the customer name & address
in the detail the customer products
in the group footer you put in a sub report which lists the details of the customers reports
I'd rather be riding on the Tiger 800 or the Norton

Yes, you just need the correct sorting & grouping levels. I just finished a tutorial on this in fact:

    Access Sorting and Grouping Levels

    Hope that helps.
