Unanswered: Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio Error 229

I get below error for a user 'A' on database 'X' while clicking on tables and stored procedures in object explorer. for other user 'B' every thing working fine.

How to compare two users/logins and find the difference? or
    solve this error?

    SELECT permission denied
Is probably the biggest hint. User A doesn't appear to have the necessary permissions to do what you're trying...

one might reasonably ask, why do they need perms on extended_properties just to enumerate the tables and procs?

    but that's a separate issue - a bug in SSMS I'd say.
