Unanswered: Identifying SQL 2000 replication after upgrade to SQL 2005
We upgraded from SQL 2000 to SQL 2005 about 2 years ago. We use transactional replication quite extensively, but the replication that was created in 2000 and upgraded in the upgrade process does not have all the properties of replication created after the upgrade to 2005 e.g. it does not replicate added columns unless you specify sp_addreplcolumn.
Anyway, we want to drop all the 2000 publications and recreate them so that they are created in 2005, but we have no idea which are still old 2000 publications and which are new 2005 publications. Apart from dropping and recreating all 155 publications, is there a way to tell which publlications were created in 2000 and upgraded?
