    Unanswered: Trouble with Ms Access Charts

    I created a chart in Ms Access and I am trying to order the series manually but it keeps reverting back to original sequence which seems alphabatical. Is there a way I can modify it. I did try the grid option to move series around but no luck. Another issue is that how do I make the chart open as preview only as otherwise user can amend the design even when it is locked.

    This is the record source:

    TRANSFORM Count(*) AS [Count]
    SELECT qryChart.[Fin Year]
    FROM qryChart
    GROUP BY qryChart.[Fin Year]
    PIVOT qryChart.SStatus;

    How could I make the chart preview and change the series order?
