Red face Unanswered: Crystal Reports and Track It

I'm using Crystal Reports to pull data from our TrackIt database (keeps track of Help Desk work orders). When it pulls in the date/time field it changes the time by pushing it ahead 6 hours. Any ideas why its doing that and/or how to fix it?

Is this a duplicate of your other question?

Apologies, confused you with another poster: http://www.dbforums.com/showthread.php?t=1636329

    Easy mistake to make

This TrackIt database - what RDBMS is it (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, etc)?
What is the data type of the offending field?
What do the values look like if you query the server directly (not through Crystal)?
