    Unanswered: Automatic Spool file Generation

I have an oracle 9i database eunning on a Windows 2003 server. I need to generate a spool file (text or csv), which will be the result of an SQL Query. But this spool file generation code has to trigger or execute at midnight(Automatic). When this code is executed, it should create this Spool file and dump it into a particular folder. There shouldn't be any manual intervention in this process, except for the first-time (writing the script or scheduling the task). Thank you very much.

You do not need a parachute to skydive. You only need a parachute to skydive twice.

There was no DBMS_SCHEDULER in 9i Therefore, check use of the DBMS_JOB package instead.

True, scheduler starts in 10. Another easy way to do it would be to use the windows scheduler to run sqlplus and run a script.
